Michael Azzolin is the CEO and co-founder of PharmD on Demand. In 2015 Michael was among 40 University of Georgia (UGA) Alumni selected for UGA’s 40 Under 40 program recognizing noteworthy graduates. Also in 2015, Michael was honored to receive the UGA College of Pharmacy’s Distinguished Alumni Award. Under Michael’s leadership, PharmD on Demand has been honored to receive The University of Georgia’s Bulldog 100 Award, which recognizes the fastest growing businesses owned by UGA Alumni, nine times since 2014.
In 2022, PharmD on Demand was selected by Modern Healthcare Magazine as one of the Top 150 companies in the country to work for based on an anonymous survey of its employees. Michael is an active member and has served on the executive board of the Georgia Pharmacy Association (GPhA). He is also a member and has served on the board of the Georgia Pharmacy Foundation. In 2020 he was appointed by Georgia’s Governor Brian Kemp to the Georgia Board of Pharmacy and currently serves as the President of the Board.
Personally, Michael is a member of Briarwood Baptist Church in Watkinsville. He serves on the Chosen for Life Board, a non-profit organization which helps churches, communities and families care well for foster and adopted children. Michael enjoys most anything outside and spending time with his family. He is married to Stephanie and they are raising five wonderful children.
