Lindsay Ayers

VP of Human Resources

Lindsay Ayers grew up in Watkinsville, Georgia and graduated from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with her BBA in Business Management. During college and after graduation, she served as the manager for a local agri-tourism farm in the area where she was able to gain experience in general management and human resources while developing leadership skills to guide the organization’s operations to make a positive impact in the community.

As the VP of Human Resources, Lindsay oversees strategic and operational oversight for the HR department focusing on employee engagement, compliance, leadership development, and innovation in the profession. Lindsay has earned her SHRM-CP and is an active member of ASHHRA.
